1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) shall be the official source of reference for any complication/dispute related to the use of https://bets10.com, our service or Software. All Games played on https://bets10.com are duly subject to the rules as specified in these T&Cs. You are responsible for reading these T&Cs carefully and making sure you understand them. Should you not agree with these T&Cs, you should refrain from using the Websites any further.
1.2 https://bets10.com is operated by EMPIRE OF KINGDOMS LIMITADA, a company based at the Province of San José, County of Costa Rica.
1.3 EMPIRE OF KINGDOMS LIMITADA. is here referred to as "EMPIRE OF KINGDOMS", "We", "Us" or "Our" and the Player and registered User shall be referred to as "You", "Yours", "End user", "Account holder" or "the Player", as and where appropriate.
1.4 We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
1.5 Terms & Conditions are in effect as soon as they are published on this page but will never retroactively affect the bonus promotions. However, it is the Player’s responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions regularly.
1.6 Should there be any discrepancy between the T&Cs in the English language version and the version in any other language, the English version will prevail.
2. My Account
2.1 To be able to play real money games, an account must be opened. If you are registering or depositing using electronic verification, you authorise us to receive your personal details from such a third-party system and, on the basis of that information, to create Your Player Account.
2.2 The minimum age for opening an account is 18-years old.
2.3 Players residing in the countries that are not available in the registration page cannot register an account and play.
2.4 We reserve the right to prohibit persons from any jurisdiction from opening an Account with us.
2.5 No employees, executives, managers, directors, consultants, agents, affiliated companies, providers or sellers of the Company, or anyone else having access to inside information, can participate in any of the Games during their term of employment and/or engagement.
2.6 Only one account per person is allowed (one name, one account, one IP address). Using multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and in such instances all accounts will be closed immediately.
2.7 If multiple players wish to play on Bets10.com from a shared computer environment (dormitories, fraternities etc.), we strongly suggest they all contact our support before making multiple accounts to avoid unnecessary security procedures.
3. Account Verification
3.1 All accounts need to be verified for age, fraud prevention, payment processing, promotion restrictions, account closure, etc.
3.2 Upon first withdrawal or within 30 days of the person's first deposit into the account, proof of Identity and address is required per regulations.
3.3 Additional authorisation forms for credit card and documents may be requested from the Finance department.

4. Deposits
4.1 If you wish to place bets on Bets10.com, we require you to make a minimum deposit, which you can then use to place bets. Deposits to your Account may be made through various payment providers that may change from time to time. Procedures, terms, charges and other conditions vary between payment providers. You may only deposit into your Account through the Site.
4.2 You may only use your own personal credit/debit card or other payment method to fund your Account. The name appearing on the credit cards or registered on the payment accounts used for deposits or pay-outs must correspond to the name registered on your Account.
4.3 Deposited funds are available on the Account within a reasonable amount of time following the confirmation of the deposit made.
4.4 We reserve the right to request proof of payments to the Account at any moment.
4.5 The maximum amount of money you may deposit in any one transaction is €100,000.
4.6 Bets10.com does not grant any credit for the use of its services. Furthermore, no interest may be charged should there be a delay in the processing of funds as part of routine withdrawal processes, and we shall in no way be responsible for delays by third party processors of such funds, including but not limited to banks and payment service providers.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 You may at any time request a payout from the existing balance of your Account provided that all payments have been confirmed and all amounts deposited, and all other terms and conditions have been met.
5.2 Withdrawals will be made to your bank account or other withdrawal methods available to you to choose from under the "Withdrawal" pages. Whenever possible, withdrawals will be paid by using the same method you would have utilized to make your deposits.
5.3 Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered to the owner of the Account and must have the same name and address as it exists in our records.
5.4 It will not be possible to withdraw funds marked as "Bonus money", as well as funds stuck in an aborted game.
5.5 The minimum withdrawal is €10. Any withdrawal of an amount lower than €10 will be rejected.
5.6 Withdrawal requests via Bank Transfer will be limited to a minimum of €100 per withdrawal request. Any request lower than this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to the player's balance. A player may then place a new withdrawal request in line with this limit.
5.7 Although we cannot be held liable for the length of time to process payments, we do aim to process withdrawal requests within 1-3 business days subject to any checks or verification of requested documents.
5.8 We reserve the right to decline a withdrawal request if verification has not been completed in full. This verification includes verification of your identity, age and location, and phone number. Verification may include requesting a copy of your identification document, utility bill, etc. In addition, we further reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to demand a notarized ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable law of your jurisdiction.
5.9 We may charge assigned fees for processing withdrawals and this shall be clearly stated when you perform a withdrawal request.
5.10 You may withdraw the maximum amount of €100,000 per transaction, except for progressive jackpot wins where no limitation will apply. VIP players may be entitled for higher withdrawal levels.
5.11 If you win €100,000 or more, we reserve the right to divide the payout into ten instalments, paid as 10 per cent every month for 10 months until the full amount is paid out. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts and you shall not treat us as a financial institution.
5.12 All deposits which are not connected to a bonus promotion must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be made.
5.13 Where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, Bets10.com reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the player's account and close the account without any prior notification.
6. Restricted Player Groups
6.1 Players from the following countries are not allowed to open a player account and/or place any real money bets on our casino:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Cameroon, Canadian Provinces of New Brunswick and Ontario, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kenya, LAO PDR, Lebanon, Libya, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, UK, USA, Venezuela, Yemen.
6.2 It is the responsibility of the player that you do not breach any laws applicable to you by participating in gambling on this website.
7. Anti-Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Due Diligence
7.1 We are subject to anti-money laundering and funding of terrorism laws and we must in this regard perform due diligence on customers.
7.2 The information provided to us for the purposes of our due diligence obligations shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.3 Player hereby acknowledges that we shall use the information obtained from him/her for our due diligence obligations to conduct public searches and perform checks in order to verify the information provided to us.
7.4 Whilst we are carrying out our due diligence measures, players may be allowed to continue using his/her account. However, he will not be allowed to affect any withdrawals from such account until our verification procedures are completed.
7.5 Where we are unable to conclude our due diligence obligations because we have not received the required information from the player or we are otherwise unable to verify his/her identity, no activity may be undertaken from the account and the account will be blocked and/or terminated. In such event, we shall return any Deposit Funds present on the account at the time of blocking and/or termination except where it is necessary for us to delay or withhold payment of all or some of the player’s funds to comply with our legal obligations.
7.6 We reserve the right to ask for any additional information and documentation to fulfil our due diligence obligations, and any communication for the provision of information/documentation is not to be deemed as being the final communication in this regard.
7.7 If we become aware or suspect that the information provided by the player is materially false, we shall cancel the registration and take any other steps that may be required by us under law. We will not pay out any winnings in such circumstances.
8. Fraud Prevention
8.1 Bets10.com has a strict anti-fraud policy. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:
8.1.1 participating in any type of collusion with other players
8.1.2 development of strategies aimed at the gaining of unfair winnings
8.1.3 fraudulent actions against Bets10.com entities or payment providers
8.1.4 creating two or more accounts
8.1.5 other types of cheating
8.1.6 become a bankrupt in the country of his/her residence,
8.2 Bets10.com reserves the right to terminate the user account and suspend all payouts to the player where fraud is suspected or a breach of these terms conditions occurs. This decision is at sole discretion of Bets10.com and the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons for such actions. Bets10.com also reserves the right to inform the regulatory bodies of such fraudulent actions performed by the player.
8.3 Bets10.com has zero tolerance to advantage play. Customers who try to gain an advantage from Bets10.com promotions agree that Bets10.com reserves the right to void any bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses from the customer’s account.
8.4 Bets10.com reserves the right to close your Account and to refund to You the "Account balance", subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Bets10.com's absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
8.5 Bets10.com reserves the right to retain payments, if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the Bets10.com system. Action will be brought against any user or any other person(s), who has/have manipulated Bets10.com systems or has attempted to do so. Bets10.com reserves the right to terminate and/or change any games or events being offered on the Website.
8.6 Should the user become aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the software, he/she agrees to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, the user agrees to report any error or incompleteness immediately to Bets10.com by sending an email to support@bets10.com. Should the user fail to fulfil the obligations stated in this clause, Bets10.com has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification by the user.
8.7 Where the user has created a "Duplicate Account", any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.
8.8 In order to verify a player's account, Bets10.com may require documents to be provided such as photo identification, proof of address or evidence of ownership of payment methods in Latin or Cyrillic script. In the event that the player doesn't have the possibility to provide documents in above-mentioned scripts, Bets10.com reserves the right to demand video verification where the player shows his/her documents.
8.9 Further prohibited activities including but not limited to the below will result in the forfeiture of any winnings and /or balances in the user account:
8.9.1 Use of stolen payment methods or payment methods belonging to another individual;
8.9.2 Creating more than one account in order to get an advantage from Bets10.com promotions;
8.9.3 Providing incorrect registration data;
8.9.4 Any other actions that may materially damage Bets10.com.
9. Responsible Gaming
9.1 We endorse responsible gaming and gambling. We want you to enjoy your experience on our site, while remaining aware of the social and financial harms associated with problem gambling.
9.2 We offer the opportunity to apply a deposit limit to your account at any time. If the limit is set up and reached, you will be unable to continue to play beyond the relevant limit.
9.3 You may change or revoke a limit on your account by contacting customer support.
9.4 For those customers who wish to restrict their gambling, we provide the option of self-exclusion, which enables you to close your account for a chosen period of time.

9.7 You acknowledge that any request for self-exclusion is applied across all accounts. If wishing to request an exclusion from Bets10.com only, please ensure that this is made clear in your request.

9.9 Any account closure is valid for the period requested and it is at the discretion of Bets10.com whether a self exclusion can be lifted at the end of the specified period.
9.10 All restrictions shall immediately become effective after our Support Team has handled the request.
10. Dormant Accounts
10.1 A player account will be considered dormant where there has been no activity on the account in the previous 6 month period and that account retains a balance.
10.2 When a player account becomes dormant, Bets10.com may impose an administration fee on the player account equivalent to €5 on a monthly basis.
10.3 Prior to imposing the monthly administration fee, Bets10.com will contact players to advise that the player account is to become dormant. This contact will be made giving at least 14 days notice via the contact details provided.
10.4 Following a player account being deemed dormant, any subsequent activity on the account will result in the player account becoming "active" once again and any administration fees will cease unless the account becomes dormant once again.
11. Data Protection
11.1 We hereby warrant to adopt adequate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of our systems and the integrity of data transmitted on our Website. You hereby warrant to take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your systems and the integrity of data transmitted to us.
11.2 The player hereby acknowledge that his/her personal data shall be processed by the licensee or by any other person, company or firm associated in any manner or otherwise engaged by the licensee to provide services to it in order for us be able to provide the services to the player as laid down in these Terms and Conditions.
11.3 We shall process players' personal data in line with the Privacy Policy on this website. 12. Data Retention
12.1 Players can decide to have their Player Account closed at any time. Following closure of your account, we will retain your personal data on record for as long as required by law. This data shall only be used should it be required by competent authorities in cases of enquiries regarding financial and fiscal records, fraud, money laundering or investigations into any other illegal activity.
12.2 You are to note that due to anti-money laundering regulations in licensed gaming jurisdictions, we are obliged to retain personal data of players submitted during registration and any data passed on during the operative period of a Player Account for a minimum of five years from last player transaction or account closure. Therefore, requests for erasure prior to the lapse of this period cannot be facilitated.
13. Complaints

13.6 Where a player is dissatisfied with the outcome of a complaint, or a complaint is unresolved to the satisfaction of both parties following a period of two months, the player may refer the complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") entity. 14. SMS and Email

14.2 In the event that information or text in messages sent by email, SMS or other forms is incorrect, the information that may be found on the Website or in the Terms & Conditions, or in the rules stated by Bets10.com for the campaign in question, prevails.
14.3 Bets10.com does not accept and takes no responsibility whatsoever if there is any error in the content of the messages or if a customer would not receive text message(s).

15. Limitation of Liability

17.2 You acknowledge that EMPIRE OF KINGDOMS LIMITADA shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated EMPIRE OF KINGDOMS LIMITADA rules, policies and/or terms or conditions, in a manner that results in the suspension or permanent barring from participation in our Website(s).
17.3 We will not be liable to you for any breach of these T&Cs which arises because of any circumstances that we cannot be reasonably expected to control.
18. Governing Law
18.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Tobique.
18.2 The parties agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tobique.
